Slackness, disobedience and disregard to rules will not be tolerated in light of common sense or of good manners, any work or action likely to lower the image of the school is regarded as a breach of school discipline. The school reserves the right to expel student whose diligence or the progress in studies is considered unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students. Immorality, insubordination or contempt of authority and breaking bounce are always sufficient reasons for immediate expulsion or rustication.</p> <ul class="list-style-cus"> <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif; text-align:justify; color:#002366; font-size:20px;"> <li>Parents are advised not to enter the classroom to see their child or teacher during class hours without the permission of the Principal. Kindly stick to visiting hours as announced from time to time.</li> <li>They are required to inform the school if there is any change in their address/telephone number made available to the school office.</li> <li>Leave for half day should not be asked for security reasons. In emergency case, written Thema permission must be taken from the Principal and the class teacher should be informed.</li> <li>Children, when sick, should not be sent to the school to attend test/classes.</li> <li>Parents' attention is drawn to the fact that criticism of the teacher or school in the presence of the an students should be scrupulously avoided because it causes the student to loose respect for their 4.1‘) teacher with the consequent failure to learn which will retard his/her progress.</li> <li>In case, any genuine complaint, please see the Principal at once or write a separate letter addressed to him who will look into the matter personally.</li> <li>Any communication made by the parents/guardians should be addressed to the Principal through CU) the class teacher. </li> <li>Parents should sign the progress report and acknowledge the same to the school within three 31 Rid days. If the report card is lost, a duplicate will be made only after the payment of 100 (Hundred)</li> <li>The name, admission number, class, section and house of the pupil should be clearly marked on the belongings of the students e.g. blazers, coats, ties, jerseys, skirts, trousers and shirts.</li> <li>Parents are expected to cooperate with the school in its attempt to help their children's progress to by paying attention to their regularity, punctuality, discipline and by taking interest in their work. They without fail should check the diary every day and note the homework and other ( A instruction given. As a confirmation of having gone through the diary it is mandatory to put S your initial at the place marked for the same.</li> <li>Parents are also advised to regularly go through the books and notebook of their children to monitor the study habits of the children. </li> <li>Care must be taken of all school property. If any damage is done it will be made good by the te$ 5 concerned student together with a fine imposed for the loss</li> <li>Parents are advised not to give pocket money.</li> <li>Student are not to bring articles like watches calculators, mobiles or jewellery to school. Incase of loss of such items, school will not take any responsibility. <b>Mobile confiscated will not be returned in any case.</b></li> <li>All students are expected to join the school on the noticed dates at the beginning of the term. A fine of Z 50/- per day against absence will be imposed unless the Principal is informed before the end of assembly on the last working day. They are asked not to apply for leave if it can possibly be avoided.</li> <li><b>The wards, whose parents avoid meeting the school authorities when requested to do so, may not be allowed to attend the class without a written permission from the principal. 17 Parents should consult the school calendar, date sheets and other circulars before making enquiries.</b></li> <li>It is compulsory for the student to have 80% attendance in the academic year to make him/her eligible to appear in the final examination.</li> </span> </ul> <br> <p style="text-align:justify; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color:#002366; font-size:20px; font-weight: bold;">Discipline-Rules</p> <hr> <ul class="list-style-cus"> <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif; text-align:justify; color:#002366; font-size:20px;"> <li>The school reserves the right to take strict disciplinary action against a student if he/she <ul class="list-style-cus"> <li>Violates the school rules.</li> <li>Often arrives late to school.</li> <li>Misbehaves with teachers or students.</li> <li>Does not stick to the prescribed uniform.</li> <li>Mishandles, disfigures or damages any school property.</li> <li>Fails to appear in any assessment without valid reason.</li> <li>Acts/works in manner that is likely to lower the image of the school. </li> <li>Brings undesirable material or any sharp instrument or weapon to school.</li> <li>Indulges in any form of indiscipline or anti-social activity in and outside the school.</li> </ul> </li> <li>The school is not responsible for any loss of articles by the students.</li> <li>Habitual latecomers will be dealt strictly. In case of emergency, parents are expected to escort the child to school. </li> <li>For fee-rules kindly refer to our fee-booklet & pay accordingly to avoid inconvenience.</li> </span> </ul> <br> <p style="text-align:justify; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color:#002366; font-size:20px; font-weight: bold;">Library-Rules</p> <hr> <ul class="list-style-cus"> <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif; text-align:justify; color:#002366; font-size:20px;"> <li>All the library users must carry their library card.</li> <li>Students are not allowed to bring their personal book to the library. However, one diary or a notebook to record articles will be allowed.</li> <li>They must maintain silence in the library.</li> <li>Books issued should be returned to the library in a good condition. If a book is marked ! disfigured, the borrower will have to either replace the book or pay the price of the book</li> <li>Students can get the books issued on their own cards only.</li> <li>Books can be issued for 7 days. A fine of Rs. 1/- per day is charged for returning a book after the due date.</li> </span> </ul> <br> <p style="text-align:justify; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; color:#002366; font-size:20px; font-weight: bold;">Rules Regarding Absence / Leave</p> <hr> <ul class="list-style-cus"> <span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times, serif; text-align:justify; color:#002366; font-size:20px;"> <li> No leave of absence is granted except on prior written application from parents or guardians and even then for a plausible reason only.</li> <li>Every absence (due to sickness or otherwise) must be entered briefly in Non-attendance and Leave Record pages at the end of this Almanac and signed by parents /guardians.</li> <li>A student returning to school after suffering from an infection or contagious disease should produce a Doctor's certificate permitting him to do so. Student suffering from the following disease must observe the prescribed period of the quarantine before returning to school: <ul class="list-style-cus"> <li>Chicken pox : Till complete falling of scabs.</li> <li>Cholera : Till the child is completely well.</li> <li>Measles : Two weeks after the rash disappears.</li> <li>Mumps : Until the swelling has gone, about 10-15 days.</li> <li>Whooping cough : Six weeks.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Those who remain absent without sanctioned leave will be fined at the rate of Rs 50/- per day.</li> <li>Absence for more than three days immediately after a vacation renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls, if prior permission has not been availed.</li> <li>Leave application should always be addressed to the Principal through Class Teacher.</li> </span> </ul>
